Quotes from Leadership Programme participants.

“I attended the HR leadership module last week.  It was a very well delivered and planned module with Judy Greevy who shared her wealth of experiences form the public and private sectors.   The module covered many  aspects of strategic and operational HR planning and introduced a variety of assessment tools which i look forward to sharing with colleges.  I found the conversation held with other delegates to be very useful and motivating.”

“I have so far attended the Resilient Leadership course.  I really enjoyed this day and found the delivery to be interesting and engaging. I really liked the practical approach which got us all out of our seats and interacting with one another including professionals from other schools. I found the pre-course activity to be thought provoking and useful in reflecting on ourselves, our behaviours, our strengths and weaknesses.  All in all. I found the whole experience to be empowering. Suzanne was really inspiring and took the time to advise us all on a one to one level at times. She recognised strengths in each one of us and made me more aware of staff (including my own) well-being.”
